Privacy
This page says what we know about you, why, and what we do with it. In short: very little, and only what we need to get your book to you.
Who we are
This site is run by Grandpa Huxley Sleep Network, in the State of Washington, United States. You can write to us at grandpahuxley@gmail.com.
When you buy
You pay on Stripe's secure page. Stripe tells us your name, your email address, your billing country and what you bought. We use these to send your book, to answer your questions, to give refunds, and to keep the records the law asks of a shop.
Your card
Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We never see or keep your card number. Stripe explains how it looks after your details at stripe.com/privacy.
When you write to us
We keep your message and our reply, so we can help you if you write again.
Visits to this site
We use no advertising trackers and no advertising cookies. If we count visits, we use a privacy-friendly counter that does not know who you are and does not follow you to other sites.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that help us run the shop: Stripe for payments, our web host, and our email service. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
We email you about your order. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to grandpahuxley@gmail.com. We will do it, apart from any order records the law says we must keep. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this page changes, the new version will be here.
